“Photosites on the sensors of digital cameras faithfully collect and store photons. Film on the other hand, holds mystical secrets yet to be revealed until after development.”
The Inspiration Shots: Thanks for liking my quote.

Bisogno: I’d like to point that this thread is not about film vs digital. It is about film and digital as two different entities. I enjoy them both for what they are.
matthewbrachmann: Thank for liking my quote. I posted it to go along with my recently posted image “Fall, Precipice, and Pool” which was a film surprise. It was captured with a most mystical film, Kodachrome 64.
johnwreford: Thanks for liking my quote. Digital photography must have been the answer to a photojournalist’s prayers. Just getting film hand checked rather than being x-rayed at airports was an ordeal. The higher the ISO rating of the film, the more x-ray damage was done to the film.

Man of many thoughts: Thanks for liking this quote of mine. Cameras may be digital now, but we are analog…so there are still variables.
