For some reason or other, Mother Nature gave this saguaro only one arm…possibly to make him unique enough to be deemed photography worthy. I understand that it takes 60 years for a saguaro to grow the first arm, but this cactus was definitely old enough for two or three. I circled the desert giant a few times before finding the right composition, the angle that showed the most power and strength.
