Kum Ryong Sunset – South Korea
After driving due north from Seoul and climbing to the mountaintop where Kum Ryong Temple is located, half the day was already gone. I spent hours shooting the temple and its surrounds so as I repacked my photo equipment into my backpack, it was already getting dark quickly. Shots had been fired on the 38th parallel that day which made me hasten my pace, but after a few hundred yards or so I saw this sunset. I had to capture it.
