Brother Tree
Brother Tree, tell me what have you seen
Brother Wind, tell me where have you been
Sister Water, why do I feel like I know
All of them told me, all that they said was one word…
LOVE

Brother Tree may be more magnificent in death than he was in life….bowing back down to the Mother Earth from which he came…feeding and nurturing the new growth at his feet. You have shown the circle of life in its entirety. I wonder how many walk past Brother Tree and never even notice him. You saw him immediately though…I would imagine that he even called out to you, recognizing a Brother in Spirit. Not everyone knows that everything and everyone is related, that there is a deep and profound connect to all things. Those of us who do…we are the fortunate ones.

simonbowler: Thank for liking ”Brother Tree”. On the way up the canyon, Brother Tree was shrouded in morning mist which I didn’t feel was right for him. On the way back down, he was lying in repose and sun drenched. It was time to capture him…before he returns to the earth.
