Hi Leanne. Thanks for liking this image taken with my first DSLR, a Nikon D1X (crude, but built like a Sherman Tank). Coming from a film background, the digital process felt very odd at first. New technology excites me so I stayed with it. I knew it would be the future…and the future is here!

Thanks Shannon. I love doing children’s portraits. Kids have an abandon about them. Whatever feelings are flowing through them are telegraphed. If they are laughing and smiling, or screaming and crying you get 100%. Adults give you only as much as they think you need.
