I like the mask i was surprised to see it is only a half mask. He looks like he is having a good time.

Yes, he would not have been able to play the flute if it was a full mask. He was actually playing. He looked like he was having a good time, and the kids definitely were.

It IS the same Nisei as the conch player! I never would have recognized him as such if you had not directed my attention here. In studying this image and then the other, it is quite apparent in his hands. He has the same sinewy hands and long fingers but playing and entirely different character! No, I never would have recognized this as the same man without you pointing it out to me. Thank you, Bisogno. I appreciate the share…
