Nikon D1X DSLR, AF Nikkor 24mm f/2.8D, exposure: f/5.6 1/750 sec. +.67 exposure compensation, Manfrotto 3221 tripod, Manfrotto 3047 studio head.
Due to 25-35 mph winds blowing the poppies around, a 1/750 sec. exposure was required to stop the motion. I manually focused on the adobe wall. f/5.6 provided enough depth of field with the wide angle lens.
Great! I have never had that kind of results with the 3047 going into the sun. L
